Quite (until wedding guests arrived), cozy and comfortable.

My stay was for 1 night as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The location of the property is great. Away from the Lonavala traffic and bustle. Quiet area. The weather added to the beauty of the place. Unfortunately there was a wedding happening the next day, so the property was full of wedding prep material and people. The spa session was amazing. The manager, Anushka, helped me execute a little surprise for my wife. So cheers to Anushka for that.

Since there was a wedding scheduled the next day, we were not given the option of a late check-out. Late check-out was denied because of some wedding. A wedding guest (who hasnt even paid for his own room) gets priority over a non wedding guest who has paid for the room and is even ready to pay the extra charge for a late check-out. Quite surprising to me. It's not like all wedding guests are going to drop in at the lobby at one time. I have also attended weddings in hotels and have received a late room due to the previous guest no checking out soon. I understand the inconvenience and irritation as a wedding guest. But I feel they should priorities individual guests over 'wedding guests'. The restaurant and in room dining menu needs an update. Food options were rather 'meh'....

Nice property overall with the location, food and hospitality.

Great spread of the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hospitality was excellent across the entire property.

Not much variety for continental food. Shower area drainage needs to be more effective so that the water drains out fast. Same experience in the Spa shower area. A little more emphasis for cleanliness in the room.

Clean neat hotel and good breakfast spread. Very good staff.

Very bad location, almost looking into houses adjacent. If you are coming to enjoy nature and a good view, this is not the place.

В целом хорошее местоположение, еда вкусная, но хотелось бы больше выбора западной кухни. Номера чистые, персонал доброжелательный.

1. Не понравилось как обслуживались столики, находящиеся снаружи (рядом с баром) и зона бассейна. Персонал редко приходит, а если сделал заказ-могут и не принести ничего. 2. в СПА столкнулись с тем, что когда брали пакет процедур, персонал попытался посчитать все процедуры отдельно, что выходит дороже. 3. Почему-то checkin начинается в 15:00, а checkout в 11:00, хотя обычно в отелях выписка в 12:00 и заезд с 14:00. При этом, выезжая в 11:00 вынуждены были ждать 30 минут нашей очереди на выписку, т.к. выписывалось одновременно много народу, а обслуживало всего 2 человека.

Front Desk staff is extremely well-behaved. "ANUSHKA" exceptional. She took care of our every need.

We end up changing 3 different rooms. Rooms had lots of bugs

Was decently worth the money

The facilities, amenities, the staff, the buffet desserts, breakfast buffet, room comfyness especially the bed!

The starters and main course variety in lunch buffet, a weird smell started coming at night time outside our room which started coming inside too (it went away after some time but it is not acceptable), no internet TV, no bathtub in the room

Excellent stay happy to again for sure

Not just the breakfast but the overall food experience was excellent. I had the BF and dinner package and it was really good. They also had Gluten free options which was fantastic as my sister is has gluten intolerance. The service was really great. It was my first stay at a Radisson property and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall consistently fantastic service. The property is not very large but has number of open spaces and the music at the bar was really good. Also they made efforts to include guest with fun evening activities.

The pool slightly smaller and too many steps.
